wow, this would be a wonderful thing to win. Especially right before Christmas time. My favourite food is definitely Chinese! Can’t get enough of the stuff.

  2. Samantha Potter says:

The Hairy Bikers, they cook lovely homely food and are an inspiration after adapting recipes to make them low fat so they can lose weight and make them more healthy

  3. jasmin Bannister holland says:

My favourite is Jamie Oliver as I can follow his recipes easily and is child tastebud friendly most of the time 😉

  4. ClaireG says:

I’m never very good at picking favourites of anything but I can tell you I’m rather partial to Mr Martin but not necessarily for his cheffy skills 😉 I used to like old Gordon but grew tired of the same old same old routine. And of course there’s Mary Berry who I adore but can she be classed as a chef?

  5. Emily says:

Such a tough question! I think it would have to be Nigella Lawson though – made so many of her sweet treats and savoury recipes and never been disappointed 🙂

      • John Lynch says:

Presents Diners Drive Ins and Dives on food network, has a love or hate personality. Kinda spelled his name wrong though! its spelled Guy Fieri!

I have to say I am a big fan of Nigel slater I love how he can make I an amazing meal from just a few ingredients and how he also tries to use things from the garden. I will be treating myself to his book for christmas

My favourite chef has got to be Gordon Ramsey – i really enjoy his shows he has done both in the UK and America. He very much deserves the success he has had. I also like his sarcastic wit and fiery temperament aswell!!

  8. Patricia Owen says:

James Martin is my favourite chef because he demonstrates with humour and he is not flustered when things go wrong. He doesn’t swear or shout and the dishes he prepares have family appeal.
