Product Review: BakedIn Cakes

BakedIn is based in Basingstoke, North Hampshire, and was founded in June 2013 by three friends Elaina, Joe and Anna. Have a look here to find out all about them and their baking ethos! DSC_0091 They do a range of baking kits, cookie mixes and mug brownies too, that all come in handy little boxes with everything you need to bake with ease, and minimal fuss time and effort. Great for those times when you just don’t have the time or energy to face baking from scratch. I recently got to try out their original Chocolate Mug brownies – its so easy to do and they tasted yummy – gooey and chocolate – what more could you need in a brownie! I’m definitly intrigued to try out a few more of their kits! DSC_0096 BakedIn are going to be at the BBC Good Food Show at the NEC in Birmingham next week from the 27th-30th of November – so if you’re going, please go and check them out and have a chat!

Roz 🙂

Disclosure: I was sent some BakedIn Brownies as part of my role as a GFS Blogger. I was expected to write about them, positive or otherwise.
